In the payment window, Select "CashCard/Wallet", further select PayUMoney and hit "Complete Payment".

Now, PayUMoney window will open up and will ask you to sign in to get 25% discount. If you are not getting 25% discount, then apply coupon PAYUMONEY20. Just tap "Apply" present just below the blue payment strip present in the following screenshot.
